2. Services Provided

Website Hosting: Providing clients with server space, storage, and support for hosting their websites.
Web Design and Development: Creating, designing, and developing websites for clients as per agreed specifications.

3. Service Agreement

Scope of Work: Each service request will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement detailing project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide all necessary content, materials, and approvals to complete the project within the agreed timeline.

4. Payment Terms

Content Policy: Clients must not host content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any local, state, or federal laws.
Backup and Data Loss: JEE7 will perform regular backups, but clients are ultimately responsible for their own data backups.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: The client retains ownership of all content they provide. JEE7 retains ownership of any proprietary tools, scripts, or designs created for the project unless otherwise specified.
Licensing: Upon full payment, JEE7 grants the client a license to use the design and deliverables for their intended purpose.

7. Confidentiality

JEE7 and the Client agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project, including business plans, intellectual property, and personal information.

8. Termination

By Client: Clients may terminate their services with 30 days' notice for hosting services and before the project’s commencement for design services.
By JEE7: JEE7 reserves the right to terminate services for non-compliance with these Terms, non-payment, or any illegal or abusive behavior.
Refunds: Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis. Deposits for web design services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

9. Liability Limitation

JEE7 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including loss of data, profits, or business.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless JEE7 from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of JEE7 services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law
